Frequently asked questions
How many devices do I need?
We recommend placing a device per 700 sq ft. Placing an Aura Air in every closed room, such as a bedroom or office, is also recommended. Depending on your space, you can find an adequate package in our store that could fit your needs.
Where should I place my Aura Air?
Thats's a great question! For maximum air flow and purification, we recommend placing your Aura Air device at a radius of at least 20 in from surrounding objects - including the floor, ceiling and windows (as pictured below). For more help, watch our Introduction Installation video!

Our Ray-filter™ has a special layer, impregnated with copper, that neutralizes dust mites. The Pre-filter targets pollen as it filters PM 10. Furthermore, once assigned by the user, the device will provide you information regarding your specific allergies.

Can I integrate Aura Air with Voice Assistance?
Yes you can ! Once you have installed and set up your Aura Air, you can integrate a voice assistant. Aura Air is supported by both Amazon's Alexa and Google Assistant.
